23rd Annual Eastie’s Elves Toy Request Form for Organizations

Please submit your organization's toy request by Sunday, December 6th, to help us plan this year's toy distribution.

We will do our best to accommodate every request, but please note that we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled in full.

To help us reach as many families as possible, we kindly ask that organizations request only the toys they need and account for any additional toys they expect to receive from other agencies or community partners.
